Quick question...for those of you in secure environments where direct connections to VMware over the internet are NOT allowed...how have you disabled the URL checking (Updates) in the Appliance Manager Interface? For now I have just set a custom URL to point back at the VCSA itself, but I want to make sure that it won't cause any issues moving forward.
I really wish there was a way to also disable VUM from directly connecting to VMware as well without having to configure a repository (stand up another server with Internet access etc...). I can disable the connection, but the GUI still shows it "Connected" which will cause some "issues".
We are building a new environment at vSphere 6.7 Update 3a.
