high CPU vmnet-dhcpd on Linux 5.3.7-arch1-2-ARCH

After upgrading to VMware Workstation Pro 15.5.0, build 14665864, on Arch Linux 5.3.7 the vmnet-dhcp process continually runs at 100% CPU. As a temporary solution I have disabled it and will only run it for short periods of times when absolutely needed.

As anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a fix or workaround for the problem, other than what I'm already doing?

      Thank you in advanced

I may have found a solution to this. The problem seems to be IPv6, and when enabled or automatic, causing the daemon to runaway causing the high cpu. After setting to ignore the service now behaves correctly, with IPv4 and low CPU

More as I find it ... but if you know of something else (particularly a document or bug filed) I would appreciate the information
