horizon agent only show available state

Good afternoon, I have a problem with horizon 7.8 and windows 10. In some vdi of the pool it always shows me the status of the available agent. This creates an error when several users are content. Has anyone had a similar problem? Thank you

Check the agent connectivity on port 4001/4002 via running following commands on VM guest OS:

netstat -ano | findstr "4001"

netstat -ano | findstr "4002"

they must be in stablished state in result
