ESXI 6.5 crash when I start Win10 installation on a VM

Hi there,

I try to run ESXI on an old HP server to make a VMWare Lab.

My config :

ProLiant DL380G6, BIOS updated (P62)

24Go RAM

2 Xeon CPU E5540

8 SAS disks (Raid 50)

Running Vsphere 6.5.0 Update 2 (Build 8294253) - Impossible to run the latester version of Vsphere due to the "old" CPU.

I have installed Vsphere on a internal SD card.

Vsphere is installed and I can acces it with my browser. It can run for hours without problems but when I start a Win10 VM, the ESX stop responding. I can ping it but there is nothing to do in my browser and the installation seems to be freezed.

I've try to leave it for hours but it seems to be impossible to use it.

I have some problems to find informations or logs details.

Do you have ideas for me ? Can I give more informations to help the community ?

Regards,
