Dears,

is the below laptop specs is sufficiant for Vmware home lab after adding more memory.

Dell G5-5587 - Intel Core i7-8750H - 15.6 inch - 16GB - 1TB - 256GB SSD

You can run Workstation on it with some things. I don't know about a full vSphere environment with multiple hosts, though.

You need a minimum of 4GB of memory to install an ESXi. Of course I assume you will install ESXi 6.7. If you want to install vCenter Server on a cluster, you need to have a different source.

The vCenter Server Appliance will require a minimum of 10GB of memory.
2 ESXi Server will require 8GB of memory if you give a minimum of 4GB for each.

CPU and Disk seems to be enough for the lab. However, it is better if the notebook has a minimum of 24GB of memory.
