Hoping someone has possibly seen this before. I have a Horizon 7.3.2 host running Windows server 2012 and the application
users requested Excel to be installed because they use it with the published application. When I RDP into the server and open Excel
everything looks fine. But the users connecting to the application through the Horizon client are getting Microsoft Excel activation prompts
when launching Excel like it's not activated. It's the same Excel license and version I have on other servers and also in some older Citrix
applications. Any idea's why they would be seeing it as unlicensed?
In case this helps someone else, I had to run Windows update and tell it to update other applications and patched Excel, then it worked!
