Seagate Expansion Portable STEA5000402 is not recognized by usb driver

when I connect Seagate STEA5000402 to vmware (windows10x64 fully updated)
via usb 2.0: I am having  "code 43 usb device isnt recognized by usb driver"

via usb 3.0: Device behaves like its continuously being plugged and pulled without any error.

several times i deleted usb controller of virtual machine and added a new one, also deleted usb drivers and let windows to install them, moreover searched windows update for a better driver, but nothing helped.

PS: Device is running normal on host win10x64 also virtualbox win10x64.

PS2: Another usb harddrive is running on guest through usb 3 without any problem.

seems, reason of issue is UEFI bios of vmware. I installed another copy of windows10 with legacy bios and usb disk works...
