Can not activate account to My VmWare

I have received message for activation (it was in spam), and I have went to the link "Activate Now", but I was redirected to page https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/inactiveaccount again and again  when I try to login. I want to buy your product,  but I am not able to get support in this case, because my account I am not active, and I can not phone in support center, because I have no support center in my country.

When I click on link Contact Support​ in activation account message, it redirect me again to https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/inactiveaccount .
