There is a snapshot on the virtual machine named Hades. Some backup programs may give an error while there is a snapshot on the virtual machine. Can you delete Snapshot and try again?

According to the file name "...-000004.vmdk", your VM has active snapshots. Unless you keep them by intention, please consider to delete them from the Snapshot Manager, and then try the backup again.
