1 Host disconnected to Vcenter after plugging 2nd NIC to physical switch

Hi,

One of the hosts in my 3-cluster gets disconnected to vcenter when I plug in the second network cable on the physical switch. It does that only when both network cables are connected on the physical switch, and once I remove either one of the network cables, it gets connected back to vcenter. My vswitch0's Load balancing configuration on the host is "Route base on IP hash" as the physical switch is configured link aggregation.

The host is reachable from the other 2 nodes but not reachable from vcenter server appliance.

what could be causing this issue?

Your switch and/or vSwitch's configuration are probably causing the issue. Using LAGs with vSphere are really not a good idea in general.
