Unexpected VM crash

Hi,

We have an ESXi 6.5.0 (Build 5310538) on HPE BL460c Gen9, using 3PAR as storage.

During the last few weeks, few of the VMs went down and eventually vSphere logged the following message:

Error message on VM on HOST in ha-datacenter: We will respond on the basis of your support entitlement.

An application (/bin/vmx) running on ESXi host has crashed (3 time(s) so far). A core file might have been created at..

From the topic here, I observed that it may be due to system messages in the core ZDUMP files, so I have attached the ZDUMP files of the latest 2 incidents.

May someone check the ZDUMP files and provide a bit more information and suggestions how can we prevent ourselves from falling into such situations again, please?

Thank Y'All in advance!

Best,
Tony

To analyze zdump files, you need to open a case with GSS and have them investigate. These forums aren't a replacement for support.
