Looking to replace our fleet of about 450 P25's (Wyse 5030). Any recommendations? Thank You

Are you guys planning to stick with PCoIP? Or switch over to blast?

If you get the Dell/Wyse 5070's running ThinOS with PCoIP enabled on them you can do both. You will need to install and manage a package via WMS, but it seems to work pretty nicely. Otherwise you could look at 10zig's or iGels.

I'd recommend the 5070's if you require smart cards.

Depending upon form factor, 10Zig, IGEL, or LG AIO all work great.  I've worked with all 3, the IGEL and 10Zig are really nice in the fact you can make custom profiles based on site and user.  That's really helpful if you are using Workspace one or publish Apps.

Also night and day difference on ease of management between any of those 3 companies vs WYSE.

Are you comparing Wyse to the Teradici-based wyse using the teradici management console, or managed with Wyse Management suite. Teradici management console is atrocious, but WMS is pretty solid.

More so the WMS compared to IGel or 10Zig Management, and yes Teradici mgmt console is an annoyance.

Dell 3040's are great. They are priced well and support two screens with DP ports and have a number of USB ports. The 5070 offers up to six screens and more grunt! Use the Dell WMS console.

Thanks for all the suggestions. We are going to keep using PCOIP, and may move to blast later on. The 5070 seems to be pretty expensive. We only need to run 2 monitors and the users are "knowledge workers". I think 3040 should be enough? I always though the teradici mgmt. console is pretty simple. Is the Wyse management console simple to use?
