vIDM 3.3 - Directory object not found

I am having an issue with vIDM version 3.3.

I configured Active Directory over LDAP, connected successfully but when i try to find groups or users it gives me zero results and on the alerts i can see "Directory Object not found"

If i see the next logs, i see no errors:

• horizon.log
• connector.log

Also i have vRealize Automation 7.6 with the integrated vIDM but is success using sincronizing the users.

What can it be related to vIDM 3.3 i am missing any configuration?
