Figured would post here before opening a ticket.
When we attempt to upgrade our vRA 7.5 environment, we get the following errors.

The vRLCM is in a disconnected state and the upgrade .iso was downloaded manually, then manually copied to the vRLCM appliance via scp, and imported via Settings | Product Support | Product Binaries / Add Binaries | Local
We were able to successfully upgrade our DEV system using the same binary, so not sure why it is balking at the manifest?
The only thing that changed was we patched our vRLCM to the latest version
Any thoughts from the charming and delightful gentlemen of this community would be appreciated.
