We recently performed an upgrade with the below version
Horizon 7.8
App volume s2.17
UEM :9.8
The Upgrade was smooth but after installing the new agents we found that when user logs in its stuck for ever int he welcome screen.
Not sure if this is an issue with UEM. Please Advice

Did you get this resolved because we are having the exact same issues.
We reinstalled the agents in the below order which fixed it for us
1) VMware Tools
2) Horizon agent
3) UEM agent
4) App volumes agent
