VM Ware Workstation 9 upgrade to 15

I have a old licence for Wokstation 9.

Can I buy an upgrade for version 15 or do I need to buy the full version?

Hi,

You can only upgrade from a previous version of VMware Workstation.

You cannot upgrade from a version that is several versions behind. In that case you have to buy a full license.

IOW, you have to buy the full license in order to get Workstation 15, there is no upgrade value anymore for a VMware Workstation version 9 license.
