Deleting a snapshot leaves the current state of the virtual machine or any other snapshot untouched.

Hi

you can do it safety by VM Snapshot Manager . Just be careful DO NOT remove the snapshot files manually (VMSN or delta disk)

Snapshot deleting will consolidate the Delta disks into the parent virtual disk and leaves the current state of VM unchanged
