One of my VMs can't be started any more

After VMWare crash, I am unable to open one of my VMs. I am getting this error:

Try to uninstall VMware workstation completely from your PC, restart your computer and reinstall VMware workstation.

Add your VM to VMware workstation again and open them all flawlessly.
