Not working for VMware, but that answer is: Not yet.
There's a number of problems right now.
For example trying to install it as a guest (see also: https://planetvm.net/blog/?p=64552 ) as well as trying to have Fusion running on a host running Catalina.
I'm pretty confident that support will come to Fusion 11.x though, but you have to be a tad more patient as apple has changed too much for it to "just work".

VMWare, as a public company, doesn't publish release dates.
I'm sure we'll see a release as GA approaches, but with the new bug Apple introduced, they are likely holding off until that's either fixed, or they have a real workaround.
For critical workloads, holding off on a upgrade is always a good idea.
