Dedicate a single port on a 4 port network adapter to specific VMs

I'm wondering if this is even possible, and I'm pretty sure it isn't but thought I ask. I need to dedicate a single port on a 4-port nic in VCenter/ESXi, so I can assign specific VMs, that are only going to use this specific port. I need to do this because I need to have a port bypass our corporate switch and go to a completely different switch/firewall, so we can keep the the servers using this port/network segregated. I'd like to avoid buying a completely new nic to do this task, as I just need a single port.

I'm wondering can this be done, if not, does anyone have any suggestions on how I could accomplish this with VCenter/ESXi
