getting CODE 31 error for VM Virtual adapter???

Hi

While installing VMware-workstation-full-15.0.4-12990004 i am getting stuck long at the stage of VM virtual adapter installation process.

while parallely checking device manager i found the CODE31 error- windows cannot load the driver.

After installation of VM workstation after long time,the VM adapter which was showing error in device manager got disappeared.

Need assistance in resolving the issue.

What is your host OS?

I would use version 15.1.0, as it resolves several bugfixes/security patches, not 15.0.4 BTW.

Host OS:  Windows 10, 64-bit  (Build 17763) 10.0.17763

i had also done the update to VMware® Workstation 15 Pro 15.1.0 build-13591
