USB Boot

I have downloaded the VMWare vSphere Hypervisor and put it on a USB. When I try to boot from it on multiple machines I get an error "An operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system". Can anyone give me some ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,

3 options:

1. you downloaded a corrupt iso-file
2. you use a bad procedure to write the iso to a CD/DVD or USB-device
3. you do not select the correct option in your hardware to select the boot-device.

Did you try rufus.exe ? - that should work ...

I downloaded the file and then copied to a USB and that didn't work so I used an ISO to USB program to create the bootable USB and still no luck.
