What does this mean, exactly? And how can I fix it?

Skyline is available to customers who have an active Production Support or Premier Services contract. Premier Services includes Business Critical Support (BCS), Mission Critical Support (MCS), Healthcare Critical Support (HCS) and Carrier Grade Support (CGS). We need to associate Skyline Collector with Production support or Premier Services Contract. This is termed as associating the support entitlement.
Please follow the below steps to address the issue.
Log In to VMware Cloud Services.
Create an Organization within VMware Cloud Services and Associate Support Entitlement
