Locked out from remote management

HI!

I get locked out from remote management, both browser management and SSH. Get the error message "Cannot complete login due to an incorrect user name or password"

I can restore access if i login into the server directly and restart management agents. But this only helps temporary and get locked again within minutes.

I use ESXi 6.7, tried both U1 HPE version and U2

I have the problem on two HP DL360 G7 but it works on a third.

These logs messages appear every 10 seconds:

2019-07-17T08:33:18Z addVob[2103483]: DictionaryLoad: Cannot open file "/usr/lib/vmware/config": No such file or directory.

2019-07-17T08:33:18Z addVob[2103483]: DictionaryLoad: Cannot open file "~/.vmware/config": No such file or directory.

2019-07-17T08:33:18Z addVob[2103483]: DictionaryLoad: Cannot open file "~/.vmware/preferences": No such file or directory.

2019-07-17T08:33:18Z addVob[2103483]: VobUserLib_Init failed with -1

What can the problem be?
