Every time I shut down a VM my VMware player closes completely. I took a look at the preferences section to check if there was some sort of setting for this, but am not finding one. Is there a fix for this? thanks so much.
I believe this is expected behavior. My Player 7.x on Win XP does this as well.
As Robert says, "this is by design".
You can however have more than one Player Window open at the same time.
