You can check the vCenter Appliance CPU/Memory and Storage configuration to decide the Deployment size

You can check the CPU and Memory available for VC by logging in to the same. I dont think there is any other simpler way than this.

I am going to deploy new VC, but I am not aware about the deployment size. Therefore I am looking for this.

You don't have to manually configure the Appliance configuration. While Installing VCSA Appliance You can select the Deployment Size and the wizard will decide the Appliance configuration automatically.
