Since we set up our Skyline Collector appliance it has been constantly and successfully uploading all data but the Collector is listed as inactive in the Skyline Advisor portal on the Account Details tab.
Any ideas? Rebooting the appliance did not help so far...

Please check the collector after 48hrs as it takes time to get synced on the back-end, i can see everything is working fine on our side.
