Do NSX support Session Helper?
in mean of after connecting to initial session and allowed initial PORT, it will increment port as required without configure these new ports to ALLOW in the firewall

No , NSX doesn't have any such capability to trace a flow and inject the rule automatically. Technically ARM(Application Rule Manager (ARM) Practical Implementation - Healthcare - Network Virtualization ) in NSX can be used , but it doesn't match with what session helper does.
