Vrealize network selection

Hi All,

I have configured network selection with new property definition and group

My Vlans:

RND

IT

I do see the two networks on new Server Request and when choosing RND network it assigned static IP from IT pool, even that I choose RND and RND network range is configured...

this weird behavior happens when I am working with network selection only, otherwise, if I assign existing network of each VLAN both are working good.

Why did it happen?

BTW, if I work as network selection, do I have to add this?

Do I need to add some settings to here?

Sorry, can you explain this a bit better? I'm not following what you say you've done. Screenshots help. Show also your reservations.

Ok, you since added screenshots. If you're going to add networks to the design canvas, you need to connect the VM objects to them otherwise they serve little purpose.

While connecting "Exsitng Networks" it attach to VM two VLANs... which is not good for me.

The purpose is very simple, allow users select Network Vlan on server request, once selected IT vlan, VRA should assign Static IP on VM from rnage i have set on Network Perfix.

same as RnD Vlan

You don't need to put any network in the blueprint in that case. Follow this article.
