Hi everyone,
I am using esxi 6.0 with Acronis 12.5 backup server, there are some vm's which through error at the time of snapshot and I am not able to take backups. I got error "Command has failed. Command=Creating crash-consistent (non-VSS) snapshot". when i shut down the vm and take backup and snapshot it got successful. Please let me know how can I resolve the issue.
