Clearly, based on your thread here in which you all but refused to answer questions posed by others, you did not truly succeed in creating your vSAN installation properly as evident by this failure to create a folder. You're also creating multiple threads for what amount to the same issue. If you want help here, you need to listen to the advice of others, especially TheBobkin.

I figured this out myself
Go to Home
Select VM Storage Policies
Select VSAN Default Storage Policy
Select Edit Settings
Change Force Provisioning to YES default is No This is a stupid default settings
When we post on this site we are looking for help not negative responses.
