Chrome rendering issue

Starting today my users are not seeing the bottom Submit and Cancel buttons.  In particular they see this when trying to deploy a catalog item.  The page is rendering fine in Firefox, Edge, & even IE11.  I'm seeing the same thing on my PC (was running 75.0.3770.80, updated to 75.0.3770.100, see it the same it both).  I'm wondering if this is a Chrome issue, and others are seeing it.

This is a known issue with vRA 7.5+ and Chrome 75+. They're working on a fix, but a workaround is to have your users press the Tab key multiple times until it shows the Submit button. As you say, other browsers are unaffected. There is an existing thread here with multiple users reporting the same thing.

Yes its a Chrome issue and others have raised it with VMware support. Way round it is to TAB from last visible box and you see the submit button.
