Accessing Esxi 6.7 from external network using VMWare Workstation pro

I am currently using Esxi at home and accessing virtual machines using VMWare Workstation pro , is there a way I can use access the same when out side home network ; I do have a dyndns setup. Which all ports needs to be forwarded so that i can get access through Workstation Pro , or even the web GUI .

Just setup a vpn on a vm or something else, exposing this to the internet isn't a good idea for multiple reasons.
