Slow logon times VMware Horizon View to Windows 10 1809 / UEM 9.7.0.881

All of our users take more than 3 minutes to log in.  While looking for a cause, I found this from the Logon Monitor log:

2019-06-17T15:36:03.329 TRACE (0d88-00c0) [WMIEventSink::HandleProcessCreation] Process Started: Name: csc.exe, Process Id: 6872, Parent Process Id: 7008, Session: 1

See the almost-3-minute-delay between lines 2 and 3?

Could someone help me get more details about what is happening here?  When I disable VMware User Environment Manager for this user, the logon takes about 25 seconds.

Thank you!

Scott

Hi Scott,

The VMLM log provides a nice overview of how time is spent overall during logon, but to see in more detail where UEM spends its time, you'd have to take a look at UEM's own log file.
