I have Vmware running Windows 7 in a Linux machine (Linux Mint 19.1 MATE, Tessa (Ubuntu; bionic).
When the virtual Windows starts it keeps asking me to update Vmware Tools which I would like to do but to do so it asks for a password.
What password?
My Linux root password does not work.
My Win 7 password does not work.
My password for The Vmware site does not work.
What password is it asking for!
