Able to log in on Horizon 5.X but not 4.x

Hi,

We set up our new thin clients and VMware Environment.

We have two VMWare environments one old one new

The old one can be logged onto on 4.10 and 5.0 Horizon

but the new one can only be logged on on 5.0 but we need to be able to on 4.10 - is there a way of doing this?

Have you tested this from multiple devices? Do you receive an error?

Can you provide more details on the Horizon versions, endpoint OS and architecture?

This sounds like a protocol or cipher mismatch. It could also have something to do with VMSA-2019-0003.

Hi BenFB - thank you for your reply.

So we're using stratodesk (linux based) on a raspberry pi (have tested on other devices). We're running VM ware horizon 7 on both setups. We're looking at decomming our old setup and moving onto our new but we need our new to work on Horizon View 4.10 as 5.X currently has a bug that causes it to stay logged in which 4.10 doesn't have. We run WIN10 VM's on this.

error is: Invalid domain/username, please try again.

Domain is correct as it works on 5.0
