Windows 7 - Failed at 98% - Error: An error occurred during reconfiguration.

I tried to convert a machine with windows 7 of 32 bits, but when it reaches 98% the conversion fails and reports that an error has occurred during the reconfiguration.

I have also tried to run the virtual machine, but when it starts it hangs and a bsod appears with the error: 0x0000007B

I'm using VMware vCenter Converter Standalone 6.1.1

I attached screen print's and the conversion log.

Any help, it's welcome.

The exact error is (during reconfiguration):

So there is some problem with registry hive, probably on the source side.

You need to recover registry via https://support.microsoft.com/EN-US/help/184023  probably.

Also use the latest version available for download, currently 6.2.0.1
