We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with displaying Support Requests within Log Assist that are in either ‘New’ or ‘Pending’ state. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
While uploading logs using Log Assist, you get an option to choose an SR you want the logs uploaded to. SRs have various states depending on the status of the issue. In the Log Assist window, we currently have SRs which are in 'Open' state only. We're working on adding 'New' and 'Pending' states to this list.
