Additional network for VCenter

How to add an additional IP address to Vcenter? What would a backup network use management network and NBD technology. Everything is clear in Esxi, added additional VMkernel adapters pointed out to him that it is Management and an internal network of 1 gigabit and 10 gigabits for backup appeared.

Unless you are adding a second nic / ip address for vCenter HA, it is not supported:

VMware Knowledge Base

not sure I understand either why you would want this in the first place? If you want to live on the edge, William described how to do it here:

It turns out you will have to translate the management interface of both ESXI and Vcentr to 10G. Thanks for the help.
