Windows Sandbox i5-4670k vs i7-4790

I had a Intel i5-4670k and last week I upgraded it to an i7-4790.

Now when I activate Virtualize Intel VT-x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI option is all good.

When I enable Windows Sandbox then Windows restart and as it restart it stay frozen until I force the vm to shut down, I disable Intel VT-x/EPT and then I start the vm again. Obviously Windows Sandbox does not work with Virtualize Intel VT-x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI option disabled.

I went deep and I find that now even Hyper-V does not work in my vms and they could be Windows 8.1, Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2019. No more Windows Sandbox and no more Hyper-V.

Do you have any idea why it works with i5-4670k and does not with i7-4790.

For sure I tried anything I could imagine.

I use always the default settings of my MB Asus Z87-PRO and I only enable Virtualization for sure.

My host system is still Windows 8.1 but it doesn't matter about this problem.

I'm using WMware Workstation 15.1 but I've already tried to downgrade version by version until VMware Workstation 14.1.3.

As I told you everything was working with i5-4670k so if do not found any answer I probably rolling back to that.

Thaks anyone who can give me any solution.

P.S.

I've already used:

hypervisor.cpuid.v0 = "FALSE"

mce.enable = "TRUE"

mem.hotadd = "TRUE"

vmx.allowNested = TRUE
