Performance Monitors

Just curious if anyone has any idea why under Performance > CPU I'm seeing the server itself as well as two Packages when monitoring the CPU usage. Server itself is a brand new R440 running VMware Essentials 6.5 U2

Package usually refers to the physical CPU sockets on the host.

When trying to get an overall idea of CPU usage on the host as a whole, what would be the best to reference by? The 3 values seem to vary greatly.
