API to programmatically create resources in SDDC

Is there a REST API using which allows us to programmatically create resources in an SDDC like VMs, Network Segments, VPN, Firewalls, Groups etc.?

Please point me to the right documentation to refer for this, and if there are Python, Java SDKs for the same.

Once you login to SDDC Console navigate to Developer Center >> Code sample; screenshot attached  we have options available here
