Two mac addresses on the same physical interface

Good afternoon. There is a server with one physical network card. The provider issued two IP addresses(real), but with different mac addresses. How to register these addresses in Vsphere 6? I. e. one interface is real, and the second is virtual. In debian everything is clear for example. eth0:1 etc. Thank you!
