vcenter appliance upgrade from 6.0 to 6.5

i try to upgrade from Vcenter appliance 6.0 to 6.5u2d, stage 1 is ok, between during stage 2 (pre ugrade check) not finished, and not diplay errors. I am another at stage 2.

I've gone through many VCSA issues in the past and my conclusion at this point based on my own observations and experiences is that the only predictable outcome with messing with VCSA is to scrap it and start from clean install. I've had cases where the integrated VCSA updater would render an appliance useless, not booting or booting but not functioning correctly. Literally a GUI "update" could do that. So in summary yah it is a hassle but the alternative is a support case that may or may not lead anywhere.

I have new information about upgrade VCSA.

After I open support ticket, I restart VCENTER and I try again to make upgrade.

This time, upgrade has ended successfully.

All process to upgrade and restast VCENTER have ended correctly.
