Office 2016 - predefined settings

I have “captured” some predefined settings for Office 2016, but the problem is, my username and name is also “hardcored” in to the .reg files… So when UEM is importing the predefined settings, the users can’t open Outlook, because it’s trying to open the e-mail account from the user i used to capture the settings.

Do you guys have any nice tricks for this? Can I add a %Username% somewhere, so the registry files will be more dynamic?

Yes, UEM has a nice trick for this : placeholders. If you edit the current predefined settings file and replace your hard-coded user name in the .reg file with [Flex#%username%#reg], that should do the trick.
