Hypervisor random crash (6.5)

Hello, everyone!

One of our customers' VMware crashes randomly. The virtual machines crash and the hypervisor is completely frozen. We are forced to shut down the server with the front button.

I dumped the logs just after the last crash, but I don't know how to interpret them...

Has anyone ever had a similar problem?

You or your customer need to open an SR with VMware to analyze the dump files. That's not what this forum and community are designed to do. There's a reason why support services exist.

You would better contact VMware support, but since you are asking for the investigation, please specify the time and date when the issue happened.
