It looks to be an administrative issue and not a technical one. We are currently working through a process issue with ServiceNow regarding our partner account. This has nothing to do with our plugin itself, nor does it reflect on our commitment to the plugin or our ServiceNow integration which both remain of strategic importance to us. We are currently working with ServiceNow’s partner team to try to get this situation rectified as quickly as possible.
