Please use ip address @ "vCenter Host Address"
Also, check if your skyline appliance is able to resolve the FQDN.
Login to Skyline appliance.
Type -> nslookup FQDNaddress.
Make ensure the provided DNS server settings are correct.

The error message was a little mis-leading so I never thought to check that.
The NSLookup failed for FQDN; checked on the appliance and there was only 1 DNS entry and it was wrong IP. I am fairly sure that prior to upgrade we had 2 DNS entries and both were correct.
I forgot to include that both Vcenters we are collecting from are 6.7U1.
