Please explain in more detail what exactly the problem is. What exactly do you want to do? What steps did you take? And where's the problem?

Maybe running a task for VM like a clone

Apart from missing details, I can only suggest to connect directly with ESXi host and then take console from there. If it is working fine, and you are facing issue while trying to take console from vCenter, check the network bandwidth link between vCenter and ESXi host. If the link is slow and latency is high, connect with your network team to get it corrected.
