Question :

I am trying to find ways to install the vSphere 6.7 the trial version, I have download the iso but cannot install. It does not have setup or install icon. Do I need Update manager for it to install?  Kam

An ISO is a disc image.  You will need to burn it to optical media (DVD or CD, depending on the size).  You can then install by booting off of the burnt disc.

You can also attach an ISO image to a guest virtual machine on an existing hypervisor and install your trial there - although running a hypervisor inside a hypervisor can sometimes be tricky to get working.

Its because you have downloaded ISO.

Update manager is mandatory for esxi installation

As Dasher said, Burn the ISO image to a CD or DVD.
